We have been asked to be one of the vendors at the Washington County Humane Society‘s Walk for the Animals next weekend. The event is at Jackson Park on Saturday, September 13th at 9 am. We’re excited to be participating and have all been busy working on items for our furry friends. Here are a few examples of what we are working on:
We received a request to do a craft show to benefit a humane society. The event is going to be held at a dog park, so decided this was the perfect time to add some pet items to the store. I’ve made sweaters for my dogs, but until now not for others. Rhino makes dog collars and leashes out of paracord and has decided to start making cat collars (the fact that a kitten was added to the family could have something to do with that).
Did my first craft fair the 30th of November. Was a lot of fun, not very profitable in money, but gained a lot of knowledge. Also started making some little amigurumi animals. They went really fast at the last craft show and they are sooooo much fun to make.
